Hey there! i seriously don't recommend you to use M1 fixed broadband. I am using 30mbps with M1 now and speed problems are inevitable for now at least, could also depend on the area you stay. There are no concrete solutions to fixing this lagging problem which came from the M1 fixed broadband team manager himself. Webpages don't even appear when this speed issue arises and the only thing you could do is to sit there quietly and pray. It's true to have 30mbps as a luxury but imagine the fact that you got to be hopeful that this lagging problems does not appear every now and then. My patience is already over the amount of air i could possibly take in and will throw in the towel to M1 and switch back to Starhub for the time being. M1 fixed broadband in the future? Why not? I would switch back to M1 when the "waters are calm again". Think Again...just my 2 cents worth of thoughts.

Hi, if you are ok with mobile broadband, do consider singtel's bbom. It's not unlimited but i've used M1 and Starhub and I think, unlimited plans are compromised by slower speeds / less reliable / drop outs.

did a review here - http://jorbb.com/blog/2008/08/unboxed-and-reviewed-singtel-mobile.html
