You make report but then later found out to be false alarm but you still have to make a report. After that, you have to do a report on why this false report was done and the cleaner has to report why this thing was there for many days. Ultimately, a report by the cleaner has to be made to officially declare that this was seen for many days and why it wasn't reported in the first place. In addition, another report has to be made on why it wasn't reported and another on it being a false report and yet another report on the manager in charge on his actions.
