Maybe they ran out of ideas, and besides, there&#039;s so much open space, so they just ask the stall owners to come again.. and again.. and again. 

If there&#039;s a chance to earn money, and make the place look slightly more vibrant, why not?

I&#039;m sure most Singaporeans think that anyway~
