Heater Still Needed In Hot Singapore
Yes, sometimes you still need a heater instead of cold air-conditioning even in the hot Singapore weather. Previously my Honda Civic had a heater mode. I would have thought that it would be quite useless in our local climate. But when my Altis did not come with a heater, I was surprised to find myself missing the feature. Yes, there are days when you get into your car after it has been raining all day and drive off, you actually find yourself freezing.
So now that I’m back driving a Honda again, I’m happy to notice that the air-conditioning system is capable of blowing hot air. The max is 31 degrees… but that’s good enough.
I guess most other car dealers don’t bother to sell their cars configured with heaters because it would just seem silly.
