Here’s the actual Seafood Baked Rice as served by Bistro Delifrance. Doesn’t seem like they’re very generous with the sauce eh? You can see much of the rice showing up in the photo. The dish wasn’t particularly nice. Not enough cheese in the sauce which was already very scarce to begin with.
Here’s the dish pictured in the menu. Notice how, in here, the dish is so generously topped up with sauce so that you don’t see the rice at all! No surprise, of course, that the photos are designed to entice you to choose the dish. Luckily the number of prawns and mussels pictured tallied with the actual dish, otherwise I will have so much more to complain about!
Delifrance’s croissants and sandwiches are delicious. I think they should stick to that.

their cream sauce pastas are actually made using campbell’s cream of mushroom soup, i think.
that really sucks.
i’ve stopped eating at delifrance, except for its croissants and sandwiches. but even that is deteriorating nowadays.
I used to love their sandwiches back in 2005 and would eat it at least once a month. Then they started their Delifrance Bistro and me and my friend didnt enjoy our pasta very much.
I went back to have the sandwiches last month and even that didnt taste as nice as before
Haha didn’t know their Bistro food wasn’t up to standard. I guess I will not be visiting their Bistro for food.
