Thanks a lot, I had the same problem using Safari 4. I have also experienced connection drops, just as Rich stated above. Use Firefox 3.5 instead, also worked for me.

		<description>Thank you - had exactly the same problem updating the firmware using Safari 4. Don&#039;t have access to a Windows box - so downloaded and tried Firefox 3.5 and it worked like a charm. There are other issues too with Safari and the WRT610N - very often when I try to save router settings changes, Safari just drops the connection to the router. Have you experienced this?
