Look at the large pieces of fried lard, and they were plentiful. This is from a hospital. No, it’s not the hospital’s catering for their patients, but the food served in the canteen. Still, you’d have thought that the canteen would have been more health-conscious. I guess the stall operators don’t care. If customers want lardy food, they’ll serve lardy food.
Incidentally, it seems many of the stalls at this hospital doesn’t get the ‘A’ grade. I know, our health minister said ‘A’ or ‘B’ grade target for hospital canteens. But it seems the canteen is uncomfortably close to failing to meet the target.
