WordPress 2.6 has been officially released today. One of the highlights of this version is a new revision tracking mechanism for posts and pages. Also, there’s support for Google Gears. Most of the other changes are minor (though all still important ingredients for a better blogging platform). There’s also a 3 min 29 sec video about the 2.6 features if anyone is interested to watch.
