If your lifeblog works with WordPress 2.3.x (when the new tagging system was introduced), then it should still work now. It does for me. What problems are you facing? Incidentally are you using lifeblog4wp, or the Phoneboy's lifeblog version? (Yes there is more than one variant in distribution.)
