USB Wireless Missile Launcher

Coming soon to a launchpad near you, a USB wireless missile launcher. We have no shortage of useless unproductive toys running off USB, but this is certainly not one of them. I can see how this USB wireless missile launcher will increase after-lunch office productivity by grabbing everyone’s attention and focusing their energies on building alliances and drawing battle lines. (I.e. good for team building.)

Oscar’s Buffet

Sushi selection from Oscar’s buffet lunch. Overall, I didn’t find their cooked food that nice. But desserts selection was good. Appetizer was also good. — Posted from my N95 Lifeblog.

Clearly People Are Getting More Bonuses

It is so difficult to find a place for lunch this festive season! I tried calling one day ahead to reserve a table, but many restaurants were already fully booked. In fact, it may be a horrendously expensive place, but they can still be fully booked for a weekday lunch, even if you tried to call ahead for reservations one day ahead!

Disappointment with Lee Wee & Brothers

Actually to say “disappointment” would be an understatement. I was flaming mad with them. I catered some food from Lee Wee & Brothers, and delivery was supposed to be from 3pm to 5pm. There was no sight of them at 5pm, or 5:30pm, or 6pm, or even 6:30pm. I called their office numbers repeatedly umpteenth times, every single time the call went unanswered until it was diverted to their voice mail, which was full.

That’s still not so bad because you know to properly discard the plastic cards.

How To Use A Door

How often have you come across mindless instructions? This one is not as funny, but still, do you need instructions on how to exit a door? These instructions are pasted everywhere at my work place, probably because we have too many PHDs (permanent head damage) around who don’t know what to do with a door. Ah, but therein lies the challenge with this particular door. The instructions refer to an exit button, but there are no exit buttons. In case…

The Nokia N82 Blog, Not

My blog has quite unexpectedly become a frequently referenced source of Nokia N82 information. There has been a recent fury of traffic hitting my blog, and after checking the access logs, they appear to have been the result of search visitors sent from Yahoo Singapore. How odd, since I don’t have an N82. I have an N95 8GB, but the N95 8GB content doesn’t seem to have attracted any search traffic. I don’t suppose the Internet is lacking N82 information…
