$1 For A Night

I originally put in a bid for $10 a night. I got it. In fact, it turned out that the bid was way higher than necessary. I was annoyed that my colleagues secured their one night with $8 and $1 bids. So, I went for another round and was successful with a $1 bid too. What are we bidding for? A one night room stay at the new Hotel Ibis in Singapore! Amazing eh. A hotel stay for just $1.

Cafe 211 Charm

This is the Linguine Vongole from Cafe 211, located at the rooftop of Holland Village Shopping Centre. It’s a rustic old place that seems to have stood still in time. It was really stood still in time. Very nice rooftop ambience. The food’s good too. — Posted from my N95 Lifeblog.

Emperor Q by Ministry of Food

Ministry of Food is quite an interesting name for a restaurant, kind of like the Ministry of Sound. In fact, I found myself jostling with so many other people at the wagon that day. Everyone was rummaging through the clothes to find the right size. Yes, as you can imagine, at these sort of sales, it’s usually mostly the extreme sizes (i.e….

Black Forest Coffee From The Coffee Club

This is the Black Forest iced coffee from the Coffee Club. The berries were too sour for me. Prefer the Black Forest iced blend coffee from Coffee Bean. It’s also a little pricey, but otherwise it’s quite a nice drink. — Posted from my N95 Lifeblog.
