I’ve been earning a small little sum of pocket money through Google Adsense on my blog. It’s a relatively steady flow, although also relatively small. The amount of work I put into my blog is also relatively little, of course, compared to my full time day job. I was just thinking about it, it I make blogging my full time job, would I earn enough from Google Adsense to pay me comparably to what I earn now from my day…

Camera Phone Photography Skills
Good photography skills are not so easy to come by. That’s why you have professional photographers. To get a good photo, you probably need both good photographic equipment and good photography skills. Professional photographers have their professional camera rig. But how about camera phone photographers? I think camera phone photography requires even more skills!
Nokia 5730 Coming Soon
This is the Nokia 5730 Comes With Music phone which, as the display says, will be coming soon. It seems like lately Nokia is releasing a whole bunch of phones that look and function about the same. Case of giving customers a false sense of choice? — Posted from my N95 Lifeblog.
iPhone 3G S in Singapore
The new iPhone 3G S announced at WWDC earlier this month will be available in Singapore, of course. Like the case with the iPhone 3G, SingTel will be the exclusive carrier for the iPhone 3G S. The iPhone 3G S is said to be available from July 2009. It will not be SIM-locked, so you could buy the iPhone 3G S from SingTel, then switch to a M1 or StarHub SIM card.
Hackintosh on the Lenovo IdeaPad S10
Do you fancy Mac OS X on a Lenovo IdeaPad S10? The S10 is a nice cool-looking netbook, and Mac OS X is a nice cool operating system. The problem, of course, is that you could not legally buy Mac OS X to install in the Lenovo IdeaPad S10. Ichiban Sushi
This is the deep fried chicken from the Tori Nanban Gyoza Wazen special set from Ichiban Sushi. It looks good, and it tastes really good too. Tender juicy fried chicken with delicious nanban some sauce and salad to go with it. The Tori Nanban Gyoza Wazen also comes gyoza (dumpling), salmon chilli rice, chawanmushi miso soup and fruits.
Bumping The Curb Again
It would happen again sooner or later. The front of my Honda Stream bumper got nicked by a curb that was just slightly too high, and now there is a streak of black plastic revealed in the front left corner of the bumper. Unlike the previous incident which scratched mostly just the underside of the bumper, this time around the scratch is slightly more obvious from the front.
iSync Plugin for Nokia N97
I’m looking at the new Nokia N97 flagship smartphone. It seema like a worthy upgrade replacement for my existing Nokia N95 8GB. For a Mac OS X user, a big question is if there is an iSync plugin available for the N97? Or an easy hack of an existing plugin to use with the N97?
Annual Necessary Evil for Singaporean Men
There is a certain even that is an annual necessary evil for Singaporean men. At least almost year, and for many Singaporean men. It’s reservist service, or In-Camp Training. Some like it, don’t like it, but almost everyone has lots to complain about it. In fact, it is so strange that even those who are not serving are part of the complaining lot.
Upgrading to WordPress 2.8
WordPress version 2.8 has been released. I decided to revisit the issue of automatic core updates which had not been working for me previously. The automatic update simply means that you can upgrade the core WordPress software through the admin interface (i.e. through the web browser), without having to manually download the archive file, upload to the WordPress hosting server, etc.
