This is the Ham & Cheese Bread Toast from Wan Chai Hong Kong Tea Room at IMM. It’s somewhat like pizza, and it’s quite good. We also had the shui jiao mian for breakfast, which is not bad too. These are the few things which this restaurant gets done good. I’ve been there a few times and noted that the food wasn’t really all that wonderful. The congee were quite plain, and they utterly fail at half-boiled eggs.
Yes, we had half-boiled eggs again when we were there are few days ago. It came too raw. I’ve commented about their eggs before. I’d say they really cannot do half-boiled eggs. It’s amazing how Yakun has quite perfected their art.
