My Baby Really Loves the Mac

The Warped MacBook Trackpad
Here’s the photo of the warped MacBook trackpad. The top left corner juts out of the palm rest area. The top centre is actually also slightly depressed, although it can’t be seen in this photo. Since this is still within the 14 day return period, I asked to return for a full refund. Meanwhile, I ordered a second MacBook which has arrived.
MacBook Trackpad Issues
My second MacBook finally arrived. The problem with “Under Promise, Over Deliver” is that your customers will come to expect you to deliver as well as you did the last time. Unfortunately, the delivery that was promised for 2pm to 6pm this afternoon eventually only arrived at about 6:20pm. Overall, it’s not that bad actually since I only placed my order about 5:04pm on 30th April (yes, the day before the May Day public holiday).
I Ordered a Second MacBook
Last weekend, I ordered a MacBook, my first ever original Apple product. The MacBook arrived earlier than expected, and it was really cool. Today, I ordered my second ever Apple product, the MacBook again. Unfortunately, it wasn’t because I was so impressed with the first that I had to order another, but that there was a defect with the first one and, oddly enough, the fastest way to get it fixed was to buy another.
