New Breakfast At Starbucks

I’ve become a regular patron at Starbucks in the last year. They have one of the more value for money breakfast offerings in a certain mall that I have to hang around every week. For $6.90, you get a food item and a fresh brewed coffee of the day.

This year, Starbucks has rolled out some updates to their breakfast menu. Some items are all new, other items are the same, but maybe not quite the same. The one pictured above, for example, is the Egg Omelette Croque Monsieur, which had already been on the set menu previously, but it looks somewhat different this year, with newly added bits of ham.

The all-new items (I think) are:

  • Croque Madame Puff
  • Grilled Chicken, Mushroom, Spinach & Egg Sandwich
  • Russet Egg Mayo Wholegrain Sandwich

You can check Starbuck Singapore’s webpage for the full breakfast set menu: http://www.starbucks.com.sg/menu/food/mornings-made-better

Apart from the egg omelette, my other frequent order is the Rosemary Chicken & Emmental Cheese Croissant. Tastes good, although the presentation is often messed up.

The food is paired with a tall-sized freshly brewed regular coffee, which you can top-up for something else more premium in their coffee offering.

I have 60 to 90 minutes to kill in this weekly breakfast routine, so with a nice comfortable place to sit down, and free Wi-Fi too, this seems to be a pretty good breakfast option.
